f3probe is used to probe a block device for counterfeit flash memory and if a fake USB drive is found then it can be fixed by using f3fix. First, install f3 by sudo apt install f3 then check where the USB drive is located for me, it is /dev/sdb if you more than 1 storage devices like 2 HDD then it will be /dev/sdc You can easily check it using your file manager or use command lsblk then type sudo f3probe /dev/sdx replace x with your drive letter you can also use --destructive (-n) but it will not recover the blocks Then if it shows a fake USB drive than fix it using f3fix Thanks for watching Music by NCS Release 1.
